impact expo organizations
While we wish we could recognize the work of so many important organizations in our community, a key goal of our IMPACT EXPO was to uplift the voices of those who are predominantly underrepresented and organizations supporting womxn and/or led by womxn of color. While we also recognize the importance of many issues which impact womxn, and as a way to bring focus to our event, we established key areas we wanted to highlight this year. These areas were identified as part of a survey we conducted in early fall of 2019. We asked our audience to identify the key issue areas that impacted them the most and that they wanted to know more about. Those areas were as follows:
- Reproductive Rights
- Climate Change
- Immigration
- Gun Safety
- Voting
- Domestic Violence/Sexual Assault
- Arts and Activism
