Initiative 115 - Prohibition of late-term abortion
Womxn’s March Denver opposes this initiative.
Womxn’s March Denver believes it is every individual’s right to make decisions about their personal reproductive healthcare — without the interference of politicians. Every pregnancy is unique and many people face complications while pregnant. This one-size-fits-all abortion ban does not include exceptions for health or individual circumstances, including a lethal fetal diagnosis, patient’s health or even rape. This ballot initiative is led by anti-abortion politicians and extremist citizen groups that have been working to push abortion care out of reach, with the ultimate goal of banning it outright.
We endorse voting NO on 115.

Initiative 113 - National Popular Vote
Womxn’s March Denver supports the National Popular Vote.
National Popular Vote guarantees the Presidency to the candidate who receives the most popular votes nationwide in all 50 states--winning is not just based on each state's electoral college wins. Finally, one person, one vote means that everyone’s vote counts EQUALLY. Our electoral college system for electing the president is broken. As we have seen under the current system, two of our last three presidents lost the national popular vote nationwide, and still became president. That is not upholding the will of the people.
We endorse voting YES on 113. A YES vote means you agree that the candidate with the most votes should win the election, every time.
