It’s interesting how the change in the season can alter our perspectives in an impactful way. One that makes us reflect and look for growth within ourselves and within others. It’s the same kind of change that the Womxn’s March Denver is looking to inspire and hopefully be an example of community in a time where the world makes it difficult for people to come together.
We are incredibly proud to finally bring you this blog, one that we hope will deliver new insight into the everyday issues that affect womxn from all walks of life. Our goal is to represent the voices that have far been left out of the conversation, focusing our attention on stories that really matter. You’ll find informative tales about incredible womxn’s history, stories involving important figures within different communities and topics that raise awareness and understanding. The team at Womxn’s March Denver cannot wait to share with you the most important parts of our current, past and future history out on full display. Join us as we share the hopes, dreams, fears, and realities of being a womxn in this world. Let’s all go on this journey together as we lift one another up, understand others and their stories and support womxn in all that they do!

My wife and I recently moved to Denver from a small town in Wisconsin. Our move was mainly to be closer to our Daughter and our two grandkids. Being retired I am interested in doing volunteer work and I came across the OpEd in the Sunday Denver Post which was submitted bi Rahini Gupta and Kerry O'Grady, a powerfully written piece of work. I would be honored to assist in the March on the 18th, but I wasn't sure if men would be welcome?
